Thorn Throw (from Relics & Rituals)

Range: Medium (100 feet + 10 feet per caster level)
Target, Effect, or Area: Cone
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Reflex half
Spell Resistance: Yes

This spell creates a huge volley of sharp thorns that spread from the caster's hand in a cone. The thorns are small enough to find their way through almost any kind of armor, although the better a victim's Armor Class, the less damage they will sustain. All who are caught within the cone take 1d6 points of damage per caster level (maximum 10d6) minus their Armor Class in damage. Those who save take half this damage (halve the damage after subtracting the target's Armor Class).
