General Rules: Feats - Serpent-Eyed Strike

Serpent-Eyed Strike [Alvari, Arcane Battle] (from the Book of Iron Might)
You twirl your melee weapon in a hypnotic pattern, weaving an arcane matrix that lulls your foes into a state of distraction.
    Prerequisites: Alvari, Charisma 13+, Arcane Battle Mastery, Concentration 4+ ranks, Spellcraft 4+ ranks, BAB +1.
    Benefit: As a standard action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity you may choose a single target that you can see. The target must make a Will save (DC 10 + ½ your base attack bonus + your Charisma modifier) or lose their Dexterity bonus to Armor Class against your attacks (and only your attacks) for the next 1d6 rounds. You may use this ability a number of times per day equal to your base attack bonus divided by 5, rounded down plus one. This is a mind-affecting ability.
    Special: If you are an alvari of the illusion birth school you may add your birth school spell power to the save to resist the effects of Serpent-Eyed Strike. Further, you may use this ability one additional time per day.
