You are skilled at creating items for magical experimentation.
Prerequisites: Intelligence 13+, any Craft skill 1+ ranks.
Benefit: You gain a +2 circumstance bonus to all Craft checks made when crafting an item to be enchanted. In addition, the cost to enchant the magic item is reduced by 10%.
