General Rules: Feats - Blinding Strike

Blinding Strike [General] (from the Unholy Warrior's Handbook)
You may make a devastating attack against an opponent.
   Prerequisites: Dexterity 13+, Improved Sunder.
   Benefit: You may make a single blinding strike as a full attack, provoking an attack of opportunity. On a successful hit, the target may attempt a Reflex saving throw against a DC of 10 + your Base Attack Bonus. On a failed save, the target is blinded, suffering all the associated penalties as outlined on page 305 of the Player's Handbook. Characters so affected may be healed in the standard manner. If the save succeeds, the attack inflicts half damage.
   Special: More than one successful blinding strike attempt reduces the target's base Speed by 5 feet for as long as they are blinded.
