General Rules: Feats - Ghost Magic

Ghost Magic [Metamagic]
The spirit realm is able to work its magic in the material world.
   Prerequisites: Wisdom 15+, any metamagic feat.
   Benefit: Your magic exists on two planes, both the prime material world and the ethereal plane. All of your spells benefit from this ability and strike unerringly on both planes. Against incorporeal creatures, the miss chance is negated.
   Normal: Spells only affect targets in the same plane as the caster. Force spells affect both the material and the ethereal plane and gain no extra benefit from this feat.
