Each round, you or any of the targets of the spell can send a short message of thirty words or less to the other subjects of the spell. The targets recognize you and one another if you know one another. The total number of words exchanged in a single round cannot exceed thirty words. A creature with an Intelligence score as low as 1 can understand the sending, though the subject’s ability to react is limited as normal by its Intelligence score. Any message sent by one subject is received by you and all of the other subjects. Even if the broadcast is received, the subjects are not obligated to act upon it in any manner.

If a creature targeted by the spell is not on the same plane of existence as you are, there is a 5% chance that the broadcast does not arrive. Local conditions on other planes may worsen this chance considerably.

Material component: A small conch shell.
