Upon completing this spell, the caster's mouth grows into a grotesque, protruding snout filled with dagger-like fangs. This grants a Medium-size caster an additional melee bite attack at their highest attack bonus that deals 1d8 + (1½ times the caster's Strength modifier) points of damage on a successful hit.

Larger or smaller casters Larger or smaller subjects of this spell gain a proportionately larger or smaller bite attack when using this spell (see the Monster Manual, page 291).
