When cast on the fragments of a single page or scroll of not more than three feet in length, this spell will restore the item completely. For the spell to function, at least 10% of the page must remain. The spell will not restore a magical scroll which has been used, but it may restore a scroll which has been damaged, partially burnt, or otherwise mutilated. When the spell is completed, the page is completely restored, appearing as it did when first completed. If the page contained magic spells, however, there is a base 1% chance for every level of spell on the page of the spell failing, destroying even the fragmentary remains. Thus, if a page contains a 7^th level spell, there is a base 7% chance of this spell failing. This chance can be reduced with a Spellcraft check, with each point rolled on the check reducing the chance of failure by 1%.
