Spell Resistance: Yes

This spell creates a small finger of magical force that speeds towards the target of the spell. If the target fails his save, he suffers a -2 penalty to all attack rolls and saving throws for the duration of the spell as he attempts to ward off the phantom tickler.

Arcane material component: Dried ants soaked in ale.
