General Rules: Feats - Mind Strike

Mind Strike [Alvari, Arcane Battle] (from the Book of Iron Might)
You focus arcane power into an energy sheath that surrounds your weapon, allowing you to strike at a foe's intellect.
    Prerequisites: Alvari, Charisma 13+, Arcane Battle Mastery, Serpent-Eyed Strike, Concentration 11+ ranks, Spellcraft 11+ ranks, BAB +8.
    Benefit: As a swift action you can cause your weapon to glow with an aura of arcane energy. While this aura is active, once per round you can disrupt a foe's mind and personality with a successful attack. You must declare that you are using the ability for that round before you attack. If you hit and damage your target with that melee or ranged attack, the target must make a Will save (DC 10 + ½ your base attack bonus + your Charisma modifier) or take 1 point of temporary damage to Charisma, Intelligence, or Wisdom in addition to the normal damage of the attack. You choose which ability score you want to damage when you score your first hit after activating it and, once chosen, you cannot alter it for the ability's duration. You may use this ability a number of times per day equal to your base attack bonus divided by 5, rounded down and each use lasts for a number of rounds equal to one-half your base attack bonus, rounded down.
   Special: If you are an alvari of the illusion birth school you may add your birth school school power to the save DC to resist the effects of Mind Strike. Further, you may use this ability one additional time per day.
