Blight Domain (from Wrath & Rage: A Guidebook to Orcs and Half-Orcs)

Infernal Power: Sirchade.

Granted Power: Once per day, you can make a melee touch attack to deal 1d6 temporary Constitution damage to a target. This effect is negated if your target makes a successful Fortitude save (DC 10 + your Charisma modifier + your cleric level). This is a spell-like ability.
