Target, Effect, or Area: Semicircular wave of cold shadow 10 feet in radius, centered on your hands

Duration: Instantaneous

Saving Throw: Reflex half
Spell Resistance: Yes

A freezing blast of shadow leaps from your hands in a fan pattern. Any creature caught in the shadow takes 1d6 points of cold damage per your caster level (maximum 5d6).
