General Rules: Feats - Agile Riposte

Agile Riposte [Fighter, Halfling, Regional]
You have learned to strike when your opponent is most vulnerable – at the same instant he or she strikes at you.
   Prerequisites: Dexterity 13+, Dodge, Weapon Finesse, BAB +1, native of Enselm or the Gorovlic Isles.
   Benefit: If the opponent misses you with a melee attack or a melee touch attack, and you are wielding a weapon you may apply the Weapon Finesse feat to, you may attempt an attack of opportunity against that opponent. This feat can only be used once per round, even if you are allowed more than one attack of opportunity each round.
