You tend to get the best of any bargain.
Prerequisite: Halfling.
Benefit: You gain a +4 bonus to Appraise, Bluff, and Diplomacy checks when haggling, fencing goods, or bartering for goods. In addition, with a successful Charisma check, you can acquire goods that normally are not for sale.
