General Rules: Feats - Musical Summoning

Musical Summoning [General]
Your gift of song can summon aid to your side without the need for spellcasting.
Prerequisites: Caster level 5th+, bardic music ability.
Benefit: By sacrificing up to six daily uses of your bardic music ability wou can attempt to use a summon monster spell you qualify to cast of up to a level equal to the number of expended uses of bardic music. You must spend one full-round action and make a Perform check with a DC of 15 + the level of thesummon spell. If the Perform check is successful, the music you play casts summon monster for you. You do not have to know the spell, simply having a caster level sufficient to cast the spell you desire to cast is sufficient.

Your Perform check can be interrupted just like normal spellcasting, but you may make a Perform check in place of a Concentration check to avoid losing the spell, at the same DC the Concentration check would normally have been. This feat can be used to cast defensively, but that requires a Concentration check and a Perform check cannot be substituted. All particulars of the cast spell are as if it had been cast at your caster level.
