Rising Strike [General] (from Path of the Sword)
You can make a quick, surprising attack when rising from the ground.
Prerequisites: Dexterity 15+, Quick Leap, BAB +5.
Benefit: You catch your opponent off guard by attacking from the ground and rising in one swift motion. If you attack an adjacent opponent in the same round you rise with Quick Leap, your first melee attack gains a +4 bonus to hit and your opponent loses his Dexterity bonus to Armor Class against that attack.
