Runt [General] (from Wrath & Rage: A Guidebook to Orcs & Half-Orcs)
You are much smaller than other members of your race.
   Prerequisites: Humanoid.
   Benefit: Your size drops by one step. if you would normally be Medium, you are now Small. If you would be Small, you are now Tiny.
   Special: You can only take this feat at 1^st level.
