General Rules: Feats - Battle Shout

Battle Shout [Fighter, General] (adapted from the Player's Guide to Fighters and Barbarians originally Battle Cry)
Your war cries can demoralize and frighten opponents and bolster the spirits of your allies.
   Prerequisites: Charisma 13+.
Benefit: With a free action, you make a battle cry of some kind. Any enemy within 30 feet must make a Will save (DC 10 + your Charisma modifier) and any resistances to fear effects apply to this save. Those who make the save are unaffected. Those who fail the save suffer a -1 morale penalty to attack rolls, damage rolls, and Will saving throws. Conscripts and other not committed to the fight at hand may break and flee at the DM's discretion.

Your allies within 30 feet must also make the Will save. Those who succeed are unaffected. Those who fail receive a +1 morale bonus to attack rolls, damage rolls, and Will saving throws. Those who are unable to hear or who are immune to fear effects or mind-affecting effects are immune to the Battle Shout.

The effects of Battle Shout last for 3 + your Charisma modifier rounds. You may use this feat a number of times per day equal to + your Charisma modifier (minimum once per day), although multiple uses do not stack. Battle Shout is a mind-affecting fear effect.
