General Rules: Feats - Bear Totem

Bear Totem [Totem, Wild] (adapted from the Player's Guide to Clerics and Druids)
You are slow to anger, but once aroused, you are a terrible foe.
   Prerequisites: None.
Benefit: You gain a +2 circumstance bonus to all Heal checks.

You fight best while unarmed. While channeling Bear, you gain a +1 circumstance bonus to all unarmed attacks. Bear also lends some of her might to her children, and while channeling her, you are considered to be one size larger than you are for the purpose of making grapple checks. You must use a standard action to channel Bear, and can maintain your channeled state for a number of rounds equal to 3 + your Constitution modifier (minimum of 1). You may channel Bear a number of times per day equal to 1 + your Charisma modifier (minimum of once per day).

Totemic Shapeshifting: While channeling Bear, if you are a druid and you expend a use of your wild shape ability, you gain the ability to lay on hands and heal with the power of Bear. You may cure a total number of hit points equal to your Charisma bonus (if any) times your druid level (or any other class that grants the wild shape ability). This amount is a daily total and may be split among channeling uses.

Taboo: Abandoning allies or kin. Children of bear are expected to be the rock of support for their communities. If you break this taboo, you lose access to the benefits of this feat until you have gone through some rite of contrition.

Special: A character may normally only have one totem feat.
