General Rules: Feats - Bind

Bind [Fighter, General] (from the Player's Guide to Fighters and Barbarians)
You can attack with a flexible weapon in such a way that your opponent is entangled in the length of the weapon.
Prerequisites: BAB +1, proficiency with a flexible weapon such as a spiked chain, whip, or similar weapon.
Benefit: With a successful melee touch attack, your opponent becomes entangled, suffering -2 to attack rolls, -4 to their effective Dexterity, and reducing their move to half normal. An entangled foe may take a move action to try and free himself. You and the defender make and opposed check using Strength or Dexterity (you may each choose whichever is higher). If you win the opposed check, the opponent remains entangled. if the defender wins, he breaks free. Your opponent may instead take a full round action to get out of the entanglement. If he does so, he succeeds automatically, but you may make an attack of opportunity against them. You may release the entangling weapon as a free action, but may not otherwise use the weapon while it is binding the opponent.
