General Rules: Feats - Blind Casting

Blind Casting [General] (from Dungeons)
You are adept at casting spells against unseen opponents. Specialized training has taught you how to target spells using non-visual cues.
   Prerequisite: Blind-Fight.
Benefit: When casting a spell that requires an attack roll, you can reroll your miss chance roll once to see if you hit. The target of the spell must be within 15 feet of you. If the target is further away than that, you do not get the chance to reroll your miss chance. Invisible attackers do not receive a +2 bonus to hit you in melee, and you do not lose your Dexterity bonus to Armor Class when attacked by an invisible foe. Ranged attacks from invisible foes still receive a +2 bonus and negate any bonus to armor Class your Dexterity grants you. You suffer only half the movement penalty for being unable to see, and darkness and poor visibility reduces your speed to only three-fourths your regular rate.
