Create Soul Magic Spell [Item Creation] (from The Book of Eldritch Might II)
You can create soul magic spells usable by any arcane spellcaster other than you.
   Prerequisites: Knowledge: Arcana 10+ ranks, spellcaster level 9^th+.
   Benefit: You can create a soul magic spell The spell's effect can be whatever you choose with the level assigned by the DM. You must pay a cost in experience points, time, amnd potentially, coin.
