You are highly valued by your comrades as someone who know the benefit of teamwork in battle. Others are keen to fight next to you, for they know you are unlikely to simply watch them die when confronted by a powerful opponent.
Prerequisites: BAB +3.
Benefit: When fighting next to an ally who is no more than 5 feet away, you can automatically grant this ally the benefits of Aid Another without needing to make an attack roll against Armor Class 10. Using this feat is a standard action.
Normal: Using the Aid Another action requires an attack roll against Armor Class 10 to be successful.
