- Damage Creatures: Creatures caught in the area suffer 6d6 points of cold damage. A successful reflex save halves this damage. This effect occurs instantaneously. Water-based creatures suffer double damage from this effect.
- Freeze Water: Any water within the area is frozen solid to a depth of up to 1 foot. The ice lasts for the spell's duration. Creatures swimming on the surface of the water when it freezes become trapped in the ice. Breaking free of the ice is a full-round action that requires a DC 25 Strength check for success.
