Nonesuch Spell (found in the Book of Eldritch Might II)

Level: Sorcerer/Wizard 6

Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 full round
Range: Personal

Target, Effect, or Area: 50-foot radius centered on you

Duration: 10 minutes per caster level

Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: Yes

You specify a spell that you can cast of 4^th level or lower; for the duration, no one may successfully cast that spell int he area. Casters outside the area can still cast the spell normally, but all within the area remain immune to its effects. The effect is suppressed if it is brought within the nonesuch spell's area. For example, if you cast nonsecuh spell and specify charm monster, no one may cast charm monster within 50 feet of you, no creature within 50 feet of you can be affected by charm monster, and any creature already under the compulsion of charm monster coming within 50 feet of you can ignore the effects of the charm while remaining in the area.

You can only have one nonesuch spell cast at any time.
