Campaign Design - Spells: Spiritual Bestowment

Spiritual Bestowment (adapted from Shamans: Call of the Wild)

Level: Bard 3, Cleric/Favored Soul 3, Ranger 3, Sorcerer/Wizard 3
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Touch
Target, Effect, or Area: One creature
Duration: 1 hour per caster level
Saving Throw: Will negates (harmless) or Fortitude negates (harmless)
Spell Resistance: Yes (harmless)

You compel a spirit to boost an ability in the target creature. The spirit grants the creature 1d4+1 additional points in the ability score the caster designates upon casting. The target can resist a boost to Constitution, Dexterity, or Strength with a Fortitude save, and resist a boost to Charisma, Intelligence, or Wisdom with a Will save.
