General Rules: Feats - Elven Blood, Lifegiver Elf

Elven Blood, Lifegiver Elf [Bloodgift] (adapted from AEG's Feats)
You are a member of the Rhoddwr Bywyd family, and your elven blood is pure and untarnished.
   Prerequisite: Constitution 13+, elf.
   Benefit: Whenever your hit points fall into a negative total such that you are in the dying condition, you automatically stabilize. In addition, you gain a +2 racial bonus to Fortitude saving throws against mundane diseases.
   Special: This feat can only be chosen at 1^st level during character creation. A character can never have more than one 1^st level bloodgift.
