Naval Heritage [General] (adapted from the Seafarer's Handbook)
You come from a family with a proud tradition of service aboard seagoing vessels.
   Benefit: You receive a +2 circumstance bonus on Charisma ability checks and Charisma-based skill checks when dealing with other characters who also possess this feat. In addition, you gain a +2 circumstance bonus on skill checks relating to naval operations and information, as you spent your formative years aboard seagoing vessels.
   Special: You may only take this feat at 1^st level.
