General Rules: Feats - Storm Sense

Storm Sense [Regional] (adapted from the Seafarer's Handbook)
You are so finely attuned to changes in temperature, wind, and aire pressure than you can reliably predict the onset of storms and other weather.
   Prerequisites: Native of the Dekkulde Isles, Gorovlic Isles, or Sjorover Isles.
   Benefit: By taking a few moments to study your surroundings, you can tell if a storm of any sort will affect your current location within the next three hours. For the purposes of this feat a "storm" includes rain showers, thunderstorms, hurricanes, and any other weather phenomena accompanied by high winds or precipitation, including sleet, rain, snow, and hail. Storm sense can also predict the arrival of magical effects and creatures that mimic storms if those effects are already active at the time you study your surroundings for signs of their approach.
