Bleed (Ex): Anyone bit by a needletooth bleeds for 1 round, losing 1 hit point the following round. The bleeding can be stopped by a DC 10 Heal check or the application of a cure spell or some other healing magic.

Skills: Needletooth dinosaurs have a +8 racial bonus to Balance checks. They have a +8 racial bonus to Climb checks. Needletooth dinosaurs use their Dexterity modifier instead of their Strength modifier for Climb checks. Needletooth dinosaurs can always take 10 on Climb checks even when rushed or threatened.

Needletooth Dinosaurs as Familiars
Needletooth dinosaurs can serve as familiars for characters eligible to obtain familiars including arcane engineers, hexblades, mind weavers, shadowsworn, sorcerers, and wizards. Arcane casters with needletooth dinosaur familiars gain a +3 bonus to Hide checks in forest or jungle environments.
