Infernal Power: Surtan.

Granted Power: You gain a +4 competence bonus on all Appraise and Sleight of Hand checks. In addition, you gain a +4 Competence bonus on all Spot checks made to notice any attempts to pick your pocket.

Additional Granted Power: You gain a +4 competence bonus on all Diplomacy checks that involve haggling over the price of an item or service, as well as a +2 competence bonus on all Open Lock checks.

2^nd: Arcane lock, entice gift, obscure object
3^rd: Knock, sepia snake sigil, shrink item
4^th: Fire trap

7^th: Teleport object, Surtan's instant summons
8^th: Phantasmal thief, screen
9^th: Antipathy, soul bind, sympathy
