The subject suffers a -2 morale penalty on all rolls when attempting to harm others in any ways so long as he is doing so within 5 rounds of when he last attempted to harm another. The fear, anger, pain, and suffering he inflicts is reflected back upon him, and it interferes with his ability to do harm.
