Campaign Design - Spells: Greater Mark of Water

Greater Mark of Water (from the Book of Eldritch Might)
Evocation [Water]

Level: Druid/Spirit Shaman 5, Sorcerer/Wizard 4
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 full round
Range: Touch
Target, Effect, or Area: One creature
Duration: One hour per caster level or until discharged
Saving Throw: Will negates (harmless)
Spell Resistance: Yes

The energy of the spell creates a blue, wavy mark on the face, hand, or other prominent feature of any creature, living or undead. Those bearing this mark gain the ability to breathe water for the duration of the spell. They also possess the ability to safely teleport themselves from any completely submerged location to the surface of the water directly above. if something solid occupies the space the caster would teleport into, the character is shunted in a random direction until there is room for him. If the body of water has no surface (such as a water-filled underground cave). Using the teleport ability immediately dismisses the greater mark of water.
