Campaign Design - Spells: Halo of Vengeance

Range: 60 feet
Target, Effect, or Area: 60-foot-radius spherical emanation centered on you
Duration: 1 round per caster level
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: Yes

You bring special favor upon yourself and your allies as well as special harm upon your enemies. All friends and foes within a 60-foot radius when the spell is cast are affected. The spell manifests itself as a bright glow around your head, shedding light as the spell.

Allies affected gain a +2 luck bonus to saves, attack rolls, and weapon damage rolls for the duration of the spell. Furthermore, they are imbued with supernatural vigor that takes the form of 3d4 temporary hit points (see the Player's Handbook, page 146). Enemies affected suffer a -2 penalty to saves, attack rolls, and weapon damage rolls.
