Necromancy [Fear, Mind-Affecting]

Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Medium (100 feet + 10 feet per caster level)
Target, Effect, or Area: Ray
Duration: 1 round per caster level
Saving Throw: Will partial (see text)
Spell Resistance: Yes

An invisible ray of terror (requiring a ranged touch attack) causes one living creature to become panicked. Even if the save succeeds, the creature is shaken for 1 round.

Arcane material component: An eagle's claw.
