General Rules: Feats - Grace of the Fæy

Grace of the Fæy [Bloodgift] (adapted from AEG's Feats)
You are from the Gosgeiddig family and fæy blood makes you swift and graceful, providing you an unnatural combat sense with fæy weapons.
   Prerequisite: Charisma 15+, Dexterity 15+, elf.
   Benefit: You are proficient with the longsword or rapier as well as the shortbow, longbow, composite shortbow, and composite longbow. If you are already proficient with these weapons, you gain a +1 bonus to attack with them.
   Special: This feat can only be chosen at 1^st level during character creation. A character can never have more than one 1^st level bloodgift.
