Campaign Design - Spells: Syfa's Stick Servant

Syfa's Stick Servant (from Relics & Rituals; originally Sethel's Stick Servant)
Conjuration (Summoning)

Level: Druid/Spirit Shaman 2, Plant 2, Ranger 3
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 full round
Range: Touch
Target, Effect, or Area: 1 pile of sticks
Duration: 1 hour per caster level (D)
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No

This spell requires a spell pile of sticks - about enough for a campfire. It summons a nature spirit that animates the sticks, which take the form of a two-foot tall humanoid. The stick servant will perform simple tasks for the caster upon verbal command, much as an unseen servant does. In addition to these tasks, the stick servant can be directed to fight. It has the following statistics:
Small plant; Str 9, Int 9, Wis 10, Dex 13, Con 10, Cha -; Fort +2, Reflex +1, Will +0; HD 1d8; HP 4; Init +1; Speed 20 feet; Face/Reach 5 feet by 5 feet/5 feet; AC 14 (+1 size, +1 Dex, +2 natural), touch AC 12, flat-footed AC 12; BAB/Grapple +0/-5; claw +2 melee (1d3-1, bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing, 20 x2); AL N; SQ low-light vision, plant (immune to all mind-affecting effects (charms, compulsions, phantasms, patterns, and morale effects); immune to poison, sleep effects, paralysis, polymorph, and stunning; not subject to critical hits); Feats and Skills: Weapon Finesse, Listen +2, Spot +2.
The stick servant can travel as fars as it needs in order to perform tasks, but it cannot understand complex tasks that involve any form of civilized human behavior. It cannot identify specific creatures or persons other than the caster, and being mute, it makes a poor herald. The caster can leave the stick servant, which will continue to perform its tasks as commanded

Material component: A pile of sticks to animate.
