Reactive Shifting [Khülen]
you can shift with a mere thought.
   Prerequisite: Khülen, Improved Initiative.
   Benefit: You can activate your racial shifting ability as an immediate action, allowing you to begin shifting even when flat-footed, or when it is not your turn.
