General Rules: Feats - Battle Cry

Battle Cry [General] (from the Shaman's Handbook)
You can startle and intimidate your foes with a fierce shout.
   Benefit: Designate an opponent and make an Intimidate check as a standard action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity. Your opponent must make a Will save with a DC equal to the result of your Intimidate check. If the save fails, your opponent is considered flat-footed against your next attack (losing any Dexterity bonus to armor Class). This does not affect other attacks directed at your opponent. If the Will save succeeds, there is no effect. Opponents gain a cumulative +1 on their Will save each time after the first that Battle Cry is used against them in a single combat.
