Elven Blood, War Elf [Bloodgift] (adapted from AEG's Feats)
You are from the militant Rhyfel clan. Scarred by being hunted by the Lich Lords, your bloodline trains for war.
   Prerequisite: Elf.
   Benefit: You gain proficiency with the longsword, rapier, shortbow, composite shortbow, longbow, and composite longbow.
   Special: This feat can only be chosen at 1^st level during character creation. A character can never have more than one 1^st level bloodgift.
