General Rules: Feats - Eye of the Watcher

Eye of the Watcher [Divine] (adapted from Wrath & Rage: A Guidebooks to Orcs and Half-Orcs)
You can convert any divine spell of at least 5^th level to scrying or true seeing.
   Prerequisites: Eye-of-Bål, ability to cast 5^th level divine spells.
   Benefit: You may "lose" any divine spell of at least 5^th level to cast scrying or true seeing, channeling the spontaneous spell through your one remaining eye.
