General Rules: Feats - Færie-Led

Færie-Led [Scion] (from the Player's Guide to Wizards, Bards, and Sorcerers)
The fæy enjoy their congress with mortals, and sometimes children are born of the union. More frequently, fæy-kind find those mortal children born with a sorcerer's potential and lure the youngster into the woods or færie hills, only to return them forever touched by the experience. These sorcerers often have an oddly colored forelock and their spellcasting is accompanied by the tinkling of chimes, small will-o'-wisp motes, or the laughter of the fæy themselves.
