Prerequisite: Dwarf, Charisma 15+, Skill Augmentation (Disable Device and Use Magic Device), Use Magic Device 6+ ranks.
Benefit: You can activate a magic item as per the Use Magic Device skill, expect that you are not required to know in advance which condition you are emulating.
