Nouveau Riche [Non-Player Character] (adapted from Wrath & Rage: A Guidebook to Orcs & Half-Orcs)

Your greed and keen sense for spoils have made you better equipped than your peers.
   Prerequisites: Non-Player Character.
   Benefit: You have gear appropriate for a creature one level higher than you actually are. For example, a 5^th level NPC warrior with this feat would have gear worth 5,600 shillings instead of 4,300 shillings.
