General Rules: Feats - Off-Hand Weapon Expert

Off-Hand Weapon Expert [Fighter, General] (adapted from the Quintessential Fighter)
You are skilled in the use of off-hand weaponry. A secondary weapon can be just as lethal as any other when in your hands.
   Prerequisites: Dexterity 13+, BAB +4.
   Benefit: When you strike an opponent with a second weapon in your off-hand, you may add your normal Strength bonus to the damage roll.
   Normal: When a character deals damage with an off-hand weapon, they add only one-half their normal Strength bonus to the damage roll.
