General Rules: Feats - Quick Learner

Quick Learner [General] (adapted from Path of Magic)
You pick up new skills quickly and master them in a short amount of time.
   Prerequisite: Intelligence 15+, 1^st level only.
   Benefit: You gain one bonus skill point every level.
   Special: The bonus skill point stacks with the bonus skill point granted to humans and the bonus skill point granted to characters taking levels in their race's favored or exclusive class.
