Sorcerous Quicken [Metamagic]
You may cast spells quickly.
   Prerequisites: Charisma 15+, any two metamagic feats, spellcaster level 9^th+, must be able to cast spells without preparation.
   Benefit: Once per day, you may cast a spell as a swift action. Unlike other metamagic feats, this ability does not require a full round for a spontaneous spellcaster; it is used at will. To use this feat, the spellcaster must have an unused spell slot four levels higher than the spell being cast, which is expended to cast the spell affected by this feat.
   Special: Despite the name of this feat, any spontaneous spellcaster, including bards and favored souls, can benefit from this feat.
