Mutable Body [Changeling, General, Khülen] (from Races of Eberron)
Your enhanced control over your shapechanging ability grants you extra power from transmutation spells.
   Prerequisites: Shapechanger subtype.
   Benefit: At your option, transmutation spells cast on you are at +1 caster level.You must decide at the time the spell is cast if you wish to apply the effect of this feat.
   Special: By spending 1 Luck Point, you can have any transmutation spell cast on you effectively empowered or extended (as if under the effect of Empower Spell or Extend Spell, respectively) but without any adjustment to the spell's effective level or casting time. By spending 2 Luck Points, you can have the spell both empowered and extended, also without any adjustment to the spell's effective level or casting time.
