General Rules: Feats - Elven Blood, High Elf

Elven Blood, High Elf [Bloodgift] (adapted from AEG's Feats)
You are of the Uchel clan, and your elven blood is noble and beyond reproach.
   Prerequisite: Intelligence 13+, Wisdom 13+, elf.
   Benefit: Every time you fail a Charisma check, you may choose to reroll your check, but only once. You must accept the result of the second check, no matter the outcome.
   Special: This feat can only be chosen at 1^st level during character creation. A character can never have more than one 1^st level bloodgift.
