Elven Blood, Pale Elf [Bloodgift] (adapted from AEG's Feats)
You are a member of the enigmatic and reclusive Gwelw family. Your bloodline is among the most esoteric and difficult to define of all elves. Many human communities do not know you even exist.
   Prerequisite: Wisdom 15+, elf.
   Benefit: Choose one spell descriptor (acid, chaotic, cold, darkness, death, electricity, evil, fear, force, good, language-dependent, lawful, light, mind-affecting, sonic, or teleportation). You cast spells of that type at +2 caster level.
   Special: This feat can only be chosen at 1^st level during character creation. A character can never have more than one 1^st level bloodgift.
